Centinarian Portrait Project
Drill Hall

The Centenarian Portrait Project by Teenagers (TCPPBT) is an uplifting initiative matching teenage artists with centenarians. From storytelling, reminiscing, joy and laughter comes unique portraits, a gift and friendships to treasure between the generations. Breaking down ageist stereotypes, TCPPBT creates a platform for inter-generational friendships and learning. Each rendition of the program connects local teenage artists with centenarians, what follows is a life-affirming intergenerational process that culminates in an art exhibition presenting portraits of 100-year-olds by teenage artists.
